Dining at Sebasco...
a Pure Maine experience!
“Pure Maine” is our culinary focus at Sebasco Harbor Resort. We will provide the best of what this region has to offer with creative, healthy and delicious results.
Toward that end, our mission is simple. We believe that the food we grow, procure from the local community and cook in the place that we call home, define who we are. In this spirit we:
- Celebrate and update regional American heirloom recipes
- Offer them genuine neighborly hospitality
- Support local and regional organic farmers, lobstermen, fishermen, cheesemakers, dairy farmers, cattle ranchers and producers
- Cook food that recaptures the simple and pure tastes found in locally grown, natural and sustainably harvested ingredients
- Strive to raise awareness of a sustainable food system for the future of our children
- Work to restore a sense of community that brings us all back to a more homegrown time and era
Our goal is to promote a community gathering place that brings us all together with food, fun and most important family, offering a complete cultural experience. Our slice of Midcoast Maine is a beautiful and exciting place to live and work. We are proud and happy to be part of our "neighborhood", Sebasco Estates and Sagadahoc County. We are all neighbors, whether you are coming into town from any locale in New England or have traveled further than that. Come on by and grab a bite of a real homegrown culinary experience.
The elegant oceanfront setting of the Pilot House is the “place to be” for dinner and a sunset. The Ledges Pub offers a more casual dining atmosphere with patio dining available.
During our summer season there are special dining events, including Lobsterbakes and Blueberry Pancake breakfasts, to highlight your vacation.
The Pro Shop
The Pro Shop offers an assortment of snacks and beverages (including beer and wine) as well as their famous hotdogs throughout the day. An a la carte menu of soups and sandwiches is available each day between 11:30—2:00 pm.
Dining Attire
“Resort casual” attire is requested in the Pilot House Restaurant and Cornelius Dining Room (khakis and golf shirts are acceptable). More casual attire is acceptable in The Ledges.
