Reservations
To ensure your preferred times and treatments, we strongly recommend booking your spa appointment well in advance. Contact us directly at 207-371-5100 or press 5100 while on property..

Cancellation
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be billed at the full price of the service.

Check-in
To ensure an effortless spa experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. Treatment times are not extended based on late arrivals.

Gratuity
For your convenience an 18% gratuity charge will be automatically added to all services. Additional gratuity is left to your discretion.

Valuables
For your protection, please do not bring valuables to the Fairwinds Spa.

Age Requirements
Spa services are reserved for individuals 16 and older.

Gift Certificates
A spa experience is always the perfect gift. Certificates are available in any amount you choose.

Cell Phones
To ensure a relaxing spa experience for all our guests, please turn off cell phones upon entering the Spa.
